- How can I contact you?

- How do I know whether my order has been confirmed?
Once the payment has been made successfully, you will receive an confirmation mail with the order ID to your registered e-mail address.
- When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days (Excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). In case, if you require your order to be shipped early, send us details by e-mail with your Order ID & we will accommodate such requests on best effort basis only.
- How will I know the status of my shipment?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail regarding the order shipment update which contains the shipment number with a hyper link for online tracking of the same. If you do not receive the shipment within expected timelines [Refer Shipment Policy], please get in touch with us.
- How long will it take for the order to reach me?
- Jewellery & Sarees: Estimated delivery schedule - TN [3-5 working days], South India [3-5 working days], Rest of India [5-7 working days]
- Handmade Baskets & Gifts: Estimated delivery schedule - TN [4-5 working days], Rest of TN [10-12 working days]

- Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship to all countries, kindly refer to International Shipping Page for More details
- Can you postpone the dispatch of my order?
Yes we can do it on best effort basis, subject to the order is not already dispatched. Please write to us from your registered e-mail ID along with the Order ID & your preferred date of shipment.
- Can I change the shipping address / Phone after order placement?
Yes we can do it on best effort basis, subject to the order is not already dispatched. Please write to us from your registered e-mail ID along with the Order ID & your preferred new address / phone number.
- Can I cancel my order?
Orders placed can be cancelled within 2 Hours and not anytime later.
10. Why was earring stem bent in the parcel received?
Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage. You just have to straighten it. :)
11. Why does CASH ON DELIVERY orders take a longer time?
COD is a service rendered by a third party vendor where we do not have the control of immediate booking, it takes time between checking for confirmation on pin codes then the pickup is scheduled, and the transit is longer than the pre booked orders.
12. Do you have a physical store?
We are only an online store based out of Chennai, India. We sell only through www.kattam.in and not through any other medium.
13. What is the guarantee/warranty of the Product?
These are high quality jewels, the shine and the colour will not fade in regular use.
As this is fashion jewellery, there's no guarantee/warranty as such but please be sure that nothing will happen to the jewellery for a very long time if basic care is taken, like minimum contact with soap, water and perfume to ensure its longevity. Also, always put the product back into its packaging after use.
14. Do you have pickup?
Pickup of orders is available for Chennai Residents. They can pickup from our warehouse in Indira Nagar, Adyar on order confirmation via Direct Pickup or Dunzo or Swiggy Genie.
15. In case of transit delay of the shipped order, can we cancel the order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order, transit delay is not in our control and it can happen due to unforseen external circumstances such as heavy rains, govt restrictions, and others.
16. Do you provide Jewellery on Rental?
No, we don't provide our jewellery on rental basis.
17. Can we club coupon codes on a single order?
No, you can use only one coupon code if any for an order at checkout.
18. Do you provide Express Shipping?
You can email to firstname.lastname@example.org, express shipping can be provided to certain pin code at an extra cost.
