Shipping Policy 1

• All orders will be dispatched after 2-4 working days. 
• The shipment tracking details will be updated post dispatch of order, along with the delivery partner link for checking the transit status at your convenience.
• We are continuously striving to get your orders reach you sooner, however in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer than estimated delivery schedule [refer below points]. And in that case, kindly write to us in support@kattam.in 
• Estimated delivery schedule - TN [2-3 working days], South India [3-4 working days], Rest of India [5-7 working days]

CASH ON DELIVERY 

• Cash On Delivery orders will be reconfirmed via OTP verification or whatsapp verification. 
• Orders which are not confirmed during reconfirmation will be cancelled.
