Currently we don't have call support for our online store

Once the payment has been made successfully, you will receive an confirmation mail with the order ID to your registered e-mail address and whatsapp.

Orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days (Excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). In case, if you require your order to be shipped early, send us details by e-mail with your Order ID & we will accommodate such requests on best effort basis only.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail regarding the order shipment update which contains the shipment number with a hyper link for online tracking of the same. If you do not receive the shipment within expected timelines [Refer Shipment Policy], please get in touch with us.

Yes we can do it on best effort basis, subject to the order is not already dispatched. Please write to us from your registered e-mail ID along with the Order ID & your preferred date of shipment.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

We only offer refunds in the form of store credit, not cash refunds.

Orders placed can be cancelled within 2 Hours with 8% cancellation charges and not anytime later as we start to process your order.

Unfortunately, it's not feasible to add additional products to an already placed order. Each order is documented individually, including its products and corresponding payment details. Modifying the order by adding more products would necessitate altering the invoice, which isn't possible at this stage.

CASH ON DELIVERY

COD Charge Rs 180

Yes, we have cash on delivery.

For order value upto Rs 4000, charge of Rs 180

For order value above Rs 4000, token advance of Rs 500 to confirm COD is must, the balance can be paid at the time of delivery.

This is to avoid any spam orders, as huge costs and time are involved in cod process.

COD is a service rendered by a third party vendor where we do not have the control of immediate booking, it takes time between checking for confirmation on pin codes then the pickup is scheduled, and the transit is longer than the pre booked orders.

Yes, orders placed before 10 AM can be picked up via Dunzo/Porter/Swiggy Genie on the same day. Not applicable on sunday/public holidays.

These are high quality jewels, the shine and the colour will not fade in regular use.

As this is fashion jewellery, there's no guarantee/warranty as such but please be sure that nothing will happen to the jewellery for a very long time if basic care is taken, like minimum contact with soap, water and perfume to ensure its longevity. Also, always put the product back into its packaging after use.

No, we don't provide our jewellery on rental basis.
