KATTAM – Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy


At KATTAM, every order is carefully packed and quality-checked. We request all customers to review product details before purchasing. For any queries, contact us at support@kattam.in.

Once a product is received in good condition, we cannot accept returns or replacements for personal preferences, sizing issues, or non-suitability.


No Return / No Exchange Conditions

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Items that feel too heavy or appear bigger/smaller than expected

  • Size issues (please check the size chart before ordering)

  • Minor colour variations due to photography or device settings

  • Bent earring stems (intentionally done to prevent breakage)

  • Loose beads or stones that can be fixed easily with glue

  • Damaged or broken ropes provided as freebies

  • Natural irregularities in handmade or hand-set jewellery

  • Variations in stone combinations in certain hand-set designs


Unboxing & Damage Claim Policy

To process any transit damage or loss claim, the following is mandatory:

  • A 360° continuous unboxing video from start to finish, clearly showing the products

  • Clear photos of the damage

Claims without proper video proof cannot be processed.


Replacement for Transit Damaged Products

We offer replacements only for items damaged during transit.

Process

  1. Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving with the required unboxing video and photos.

  2. After approval:

    • If your pincode supports return pickup, we will arrange a pickup.

    • If pickup is unavailable, you may be required to self-ship the product.

      • We reimburse up to ₹80 for self-shipping costs.

After We Receive the Item

  • Replacement only.

  • No refunds for transit-damaged products.

  • If the product is out of stock, we will issue a store credit of equivalent value.


Offers & Sale Orders

Products purchased under B2G2, B1G1, B2G1, or any discount/sale/offer are not eligible for return or exchange.


International Orders

Store Credit Information

  • Store credit cannot be combined with ongoing offers.

  • Shipping charges apply on all orders using store credit.

  • We do not offer cash refunds.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled by the customer.

  • Delays caused by courier partners due to weather, logistics issues, or government restrictions do not qualify for cancellation.
