Unboxing & Damage Claim Policy
To help us address any transit-related issues, we kindly request that you record an unboxing video and take photos as you open your package. These are required to process any claims for transit damage, loss, or replacement.

Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds, but we do provide exchanges under specific terms. Please note the following conditions:

No Returns for:
- Items that feel too heavy or look bigger than expected.
- Items not matching your expected size. (Please refer to our size chart before purchasing.)
- Slight color variations due to digital photography or device settings.
- Bent earring stems (done intentionally to prevent breakage).
- Issues like loose beads or stones that can be easily fixed with glue.
- Damaged or broken ropes provided as freebies with necklaces.
- Slight irregularities in handmade or hand-set jewellery.
- Variations in stone combinations in certain hand-set designs.

Please ensure you review all product details before making a purchase. If you need further clarification, feel free to email us at support@kattam.in. Once the product is received in good condition, we cannot accept returns or replacements due to personal preferences, sizing issues, or non-suitability.

Exchange Policy
To request an exchange, please email support@kattam.in within 24 hours of delivery. Upon approval, please ship the product back to us within 2 days in its original packaging to avoid any transit damage. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credit within 24-48 hours, which can be applied to your next purchase.

Please Note:
- Store credit cannot be combined with existing offers, and shipping costs will apply to your order.
- We do not offer refunds.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, subject to a cancellation fee of 8% to cover payment gateway charges. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be processed after this period, as we begin processing your order immediately. For delays caused by external factors like weather or restrictions, cancellations cannot be made once the order has shipped.
