Prepaid Domestic Shipping 

Free Prepaid Shipping above Rs 999 ( Delivers in 3 - 6 working days ) 

Prepaid Priority Shipping ( Delivers in 1-2 working days ) - Rs 230 - Only within Tamilnadu and Bangalore. ( Book via Whatsapp , not shown on website checkout )

Token Cash On Delivery Shipping 

COD Charges Rs 180/- Extra  ( Delivers in 6 - 8 Working Days ) 
TOKEN COD only  - Token of Rs 500 compulsory 

International Shipping

Same Day Chennai Only Pickup Facility 

We offer same-day pickup in Chennai.

Orders must be confirmed before 10 AM. Once ready, we will notify you, and you can arrange for Dunzo Pickup. We are  Our Operating Hours : 10-5PM, Sunday Holiday

Please Note: We do not book or pay for Dunzo services. We only provide FREE shipping for orders above Rs 999. Dunzo Pickup is a convenience service for users.

Order Processing Time : 24-48 Working Hours 
  • The shipment tracking details will be updated post dispatch of order, along with the delivery partner link for checking the transit status at your convenience.
  • Kattam is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to handover the shipment within 5-8 working days from the date of order. 
  • Estimated delivery schedule post dispatch - TN [2-4 working days], South India [4-6 working days], Rest of India [5-7 working days]
  • For every shipment, an unboxing video and photos of the order from package opening is a must to claim any transit damage/loss/replacement.

CASH ON DELIVERY 

  • COD ORDERS without verification, Parcel Rejection of last order, no working phone number or incomplete address will be automatically cancelled. 
  • Partial COD - Token of Rs 500 compulsory - Can be paid on website and confirmed balance amount to pay at delivery

  • Previous RTO orders will be eligible only for prepaid orders for the next order
