π Preorders
If your order contains a pre-booking item, weβll ship the complete order once all items are ready. If youβd like the other items earlier, weβre happy to dispatch them separately for a small βΉ99 shipping fee.
π° Cash on Delivery (Token COD)

- π¬ If the order is cancelled before dispatch, the token amount will be refunded. Refused or undelivered COD parcels will not be eligible for refund.

- π¦ Customers with previous RTO (Return to Origin) parcels will be eligible only for prepaid orders for their next purchase.

We offer same-day pickup in Chennai for confirmed orders placed before 10 AM. Once your order is ready, weβll notify you to arrange your own Dunzo pickup.

Once your order is dispatched, youβll receive tracking details with the courier link via SMS or email. While we ensure timely dispatch, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier logistics beyond our control.

The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from its sealed condition until all products are fully shown.
Partial, edited, or post-opening clips will not be accepted as proof.
During festive periods or high-demand launches, delivery timelines may be slightly extended.
