- All orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days (Excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)
- Standard delivery charges applicable and will be shown at checkout.
- We partner with reputed private courier agencies and India Post [Speed Post], depending upon the serviceability of your location.
- The courier tracking details will be updated post dispatch of orders, along with the delivery partner link for checking the transit status at your convenience. We are continuously striving to get your orders reach you sooner, however in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer than estimated delivery schedule [refer below points]. And in that case, kindly write to us in shopkattam@gmail.com (by mentioning the order number) immediately.
- Jewellery & Sarees: Estimated delivery schedule - TN [2-3 working days], South India [3-4 working days], Rest of India [5-7 working days]
- Handmade Baskets & Gifts: Estimated delivery schedule - TN [4-5 working days], Rest of TN [10-12 working days]
*All the above delivery schedule are applicable post shipment of orders
*These delivery timeline not applicable for COD Orders
- Once your order has been shipped we cannot make any changes to the shipping address or phone number.
- At the time of delivery, if you find the package tampered with or damaged, kindly do not accept the shipment. If you have accepted the shipment, it will be deemed as received by you in good condition.
- In case of shipment returned due to non-availability / non-reachability of the customer, we charge the standard shipping charges for re-shipping the products.
CASH ON DELIVERY
- All Cash on Delivery(COD) orders placed will be contacted Via Whatsapp/ Email for Landmark and Address Verification before Booking. We will accept the COD only on your confirmation within 24 hours otherwise it gets cancelled.
- COD orders placed without a Phone Number or Email Id will be cancelled.
- Once Booked, you will be receiving shipping updates via Email.
- Urgent Orders are not booked via COD. Delivery Timeline varies for different cities and is generally longer.
- In case you want to cancel an COD order placed, kindly contact shopkattam@gmail.com or via whatsapp 7871986807. Once Booked, we won't be able to cancel the COD order.
- In case of not accepting the COD placed at the time of Delivery, you will have to pay the delivery charges to the vendor. We will not be providing COD for future orders from the same customer account.
