Standard Shipping ( Delivers in 6 - 8 working days ) - Rs 50

Prepaid Priority Shipping ( Delivers in 3 - 4 working days ) - Rs 250

Cash On Delivery Shipping 

COD Charges Rs 180/- Extra  ( Delivers in 6 - 8 Working Days ) 

Order Processing Time : 3 - 5 working days. 
  • The shipment tracking details will be updated post dispatch of order, along with the delivery partner link for checking the transit status at your convenience.
  • Kattam is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to handover the shipment within 5-8 working days from the date of order.

  • For every shipment, an unboxing video and photos of the order from package opening is a must to claim any transit damage/loss/replacement. 

  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

CASH ON DELIVERY 

  • COD can be placed for Order values between Rs 350- 4000 only.
  • Cash On Delivery orders have to confirm OTP verification
  • COD ORDERS without OTP verification, Parcel Rejection of last order, no working phone number or incomplete address will be automatically cancelled.

    • IMPORTANT: Based on the country of import, our carrier may need to get customs clearance for your goods before delivering them to you. If any additional taxes/import duties/customs charges levied by the country of import will be chargeable to the customer. The customer is liable to reimburse the carrier for any such charges paid by carrier on behalf of the customer.
