🕒 Preorders

If your order contains a pre-booking item, we’ll ship the complete order once all items are ready. If you’d like the other items earlier, we’re happy to dispatch them separately for a small ₹99 shipping fee.

💰 Cash on Delivery (Token COD)

• 💵 COD Charges: ₹180
  🚚 Delivery in 6–8 working days
• 🔒 Token of ₹500 is mandatory to confirm the order
• 💬 If the order is cancelled before dispatch, the token amount will be refunded. Refused or undelivered COD parcels will not be eligible for refund.
• ⚠️ COD orders with incomplete details, unreachable phone numbers, or previous rejections may be automatically cancelled to avoid delivery issues.
• 📦 Customers with previous RTO (Return to Origin) parcels will be eligible only for prepaid orders for their next purchase.

🏠 Same-Day Pickup – Chennai Only

We offer same-day pickup in Chennai for confirmed orders placed before 10 AM. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you to arrange your own Dunzo pickup.

Please note: We do not book or pay for Dunzo services. Free shipping is applicable only for prepaid orders above ₹999.

📦 Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

• ⏱️ Processing Time: 24–48 working hours
• 📤 Dispatch: Within 5–8 working days from the date of order

🗓️ Estimated Delivery (Post-Dispatch):
– Tamil Nadu: 2–4 working days
– South India: 4–6 working days
– Rest of India: 5–7 working days

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details with the courier link via SMS or email. While we ensure timely dispatch, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier logistics beyond our control.

📹 A complete and continuous unboxing video is mandatory to claim any transit damage, loss, or replacement.
The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from its sealed condition until all products are fully shown.
Partial, edited, or post-opening clips will not be accepted as proof.

During festive periods or high-demand launches, delivery timelines may be slightly extended.
